Loghitech webcam not visible in device manager.

Hello guys,So got Windows XP.A usb port that is my keyboard is working with (to be sure its a working port).A Logitech c270 webcam.So when I plug the webcam into a USB port - nothing happens. I've checked the Device Manager and used the Scan for devices button - no result.I've downloaded the drivers for the webcam and installed them manually and using the logitech install program - no result.I went to Logitech support center and they refuse to continue the talk until I verify my webcam on another PC what I cannot test ATM.Can you please advice?
