Hi ! I don't know if I must post that here . . .  When I start my computer there is a textnote popping up that says that I must go to a site and when I open the site there is another text that says that all my pictures are encrypted , that there is no way

I can encrypt them and that I have to pay 500$.This is the site : <Removed>

The left picture shows up on start up and the right picture is what I see when opening a picture.Pls guys help me out these pictures are all I have . . . :/
