Windows 7 - KB3037574 Security Update Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1

Attempting to update gives me this error: WindowsUpdate_80073712 

 

I ran the System Update Readiness Tool, after that it still fails to update.

 

I just ran AdwCleaner.

I have also tried to repair Windows using Installation DVD.  That fails and only leads to the blue screen warning.

 

I would love help resolving this issue.
