Winows 10 Bulid 10074 updates error

Hi,

 

I had upgrade my windows 8.1 dell 3148 to windows 10 preview Build 10074.

 

Issues:

1.  Unable to project my PC to TV via HDMI.

2. few Updates have failed with the following errors.

• Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer for Windows 10 Insider Preview for x64-based systems (KB3049563) - Error 0x80200056

• Feature on Demand for X64 (.NET 3.5) - Error 0x80200056

• Lang Pack (Language feature Basic and Handwriting 1505) Feature on Demand for X64 [en-US] - Error 0x80200056

• Lang Pack (Language Feature TTS) Feature on Demand for X64 [en-US] - Error 0x80200056

• Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 Insider Preview for x64-based Systems

 

 

3.There us no antivirus software in the PC as of now and windows defender in not working.

 

4. Also unable to download Office apps from the store

 Could you help me resolve this
