last week I was asked to update MS Word on office, which I stupidly did, now every doc opens in that ugly format when I prefer to use Word 2010 and to top it off it's disabled my printer and I can't print from either because it tells me "printer is

offline". What do I do to fix/get rid of these features? #ihateeverythingMicrosoft #hostage
