To start, I have an HP Pavilion11 x360 PC Touchscreen running a 64-bit Windows 8 OS. I recently had its corrupted hard drive swapped out with another reformatted hard drive, but now there are a few things wrong.

*The Brightness keys, F2 and F3, do not change the Brightness at all.

*The USB port to the left does not work/ recognize USB drives.

*The touchscreen is inactive; Pen and Touch reads: No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display.

*In Devices and Printers, the "Devices" column has the image of a laptop with an yellow hazard triangle with the statuses: Needs Troubleshooting and Driver is unavailable. Whenever I attempt to Troubleshoot, the program simply says Unknown device and Unknown

driver.

So what in the world has happened to my good ole computer? What drivers do I need?
