MALWARE ENTITLED GAMECRUSH

Hello. On an unfamiliar site, I accidentally clicked on something called GAME CRUSH and now my walware detector is constantly bringing up 5 to 10 malware finds per scan all starting with the same phrase, "Game Crush". They are deleted but same family of

malware shows up. Can something be done to not experience this attack so much> It's creepy,
