Upon start-up, my computer says please wait while we install updates. Then after 20 min, I get a message stating that it could not complete the updates and to wait while it undoes the changes. This lasts anywhere from 20 to 30 min, and ultimately my computer

remains not up to date and will attempt the same thing next time upon start-up. How can I resolve this issue that has wasted so much of my time?
