I have windows 8 on my laptop.

 

I tried to save a playlist and it says 'windows media player encountered a problem while creating or saving this playlist'.

 

I looked a previous forums and they state to copy a paste something into search after hitting start but I am unable to do that with my windows 8 and when I tried it said there was no searches found.

 

 

Anyone can help me that would be great!
