I have this installed on my PC since Oct 28, 2014.

I don't remember downloading it, and my wife is sure that she didn't, but......! (She could have)

 

Do I really need this on there?

 

Was it installed as an update from Windows?

Can I safely delete it?

 

 

I have absolutely no idea was it does, and now, I'm worried since I reserved the Windows 10 to be downloaded.
