I re-imaged my PC today. I reinstalled Windows 7 from the original disc and did the Windows Updates. When I tried to install IE 10 or 11, the message was I need Windows 7 Service Pack 1. Updates show that this was installed but it doesn't show under

Computer Properties. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still no change to the problem.
