My New Computer has been attacked. Help!

I don't know much about computers, but I know something is seriously wrong with mine. I'm not totally sure what's causing all the problems, but I think it started when I downloaded ClipGrab.

 

 

Since the download, I find new 4-5 new installations on my computer every day, which I can remove in programs uninstall.

 

ClipGrab, however, isn't in the file and I don't know how to uninstall it. It's no where to be found. Windows Defender isn't picking up anything when I run full scans.

 

 

It's most recently disabled 'windows defender' and won't let me turn it back on, it does computer 'restarts and 'updates' whenever it wants and doesn't give me the option not too. Whenever that happens something new is always installed on my computer that

I have to remove. It changes my online homepage and disabled internet explorer from working, and will only let me use chrome, which it downloaded on it's own.

 

I tried a system restore and it was still there.

 

I'm scared to use my computer and I'm worried it's not fixable. It's only like 4 months old! :(
