For the past while, my computer kept telling me I had two updates to install, but neither of them would install. They are

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 for Windows 7 x64-based Systems (KB2901983)

and

Update for Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (KB2001652)

I always get the same error message. "Code 643 Windows Update encountered an unknown error." And when I've tried the Offline Updater for .NET Framework 4.5.2, it says ".NET Framework 4.5.2 has not been installed because: Fatal error during installation."

Here is the log file it gives me...

I tried a bunch of different things I found on the internet, and nothing has worked. I tried uninstalling the .NET Framework 4.5.1 I had to see if that would somehow help, but it didn't change anything. And now, I'm getting the same problems when I try to

install .NET Framework 4.5.1, so I don't know what to do at this point. I don't really know a lot about doing this kind of stuff, so I'm really hoping I can get some advice put into simpler terms.

Also, as a side question: Would all of this and not having that Framework be the reason I haven't gotten the "Get Windows 10" thing to show up in my system tray?
