Windows 10 is coming soon... the reserve button not working via Windows Update

I have followed all scripts and tips posted on the forum. However I keep coming back to this issue. I see the update, and when I try to launch the 'reserve' button, nothing happens.

 

I am running a stock 8.1 Dell Venue 8 Pro. I was previously using 'Workplace Join', but removed that setting. I am unable to launch the wizard for the reservation.
