Network bar stuck at error.. How to return to Access point list?

Hi,

 

Can someone help me to reset this bar back to show my vpns and networks without restarting my computer? This seems happens a lot, and it is annoying when it is stuck and I have to restart my computer to fix this simple problem. No back button, no nothing,

just stuck there. Tried to network diagnostic, right clicking, or anything, it is still there. Any idea?
