I recently received a request to update to a free Windows 10 Upgrade. I accepted the upgrade and started the download, since this I have been unable to log onto my computer saying to contact System Administrator, I am the administrator but it will not allow

me to log onto my own pc, blocked by group policy. I can not sign onto anything therefore rendering a very expensive pc useless. I have attempted several fixes regedit, recovery security setting s however I am stopped each time with blocked group policy.

I need help

 

Currently it appears my PC is running Windows 7
