Can't sign into Windows 7

On my Acer Aspire laptop which has windows 7 installed. I used it 2 days ago and now I can't sign in to my computer. It tells me service failed the login. User profile cannot be loaded. If I could get into the main screen I could probably delete the anti

virus programs that are probably causing the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
