Windows 7 BSOD System_Service_Exception

I am continuously getting a BSOD from windows with System_Service_Exception, running windows 7 pro 64bit. I m looking either an explanation of the root cause from the dump file or how to read the dump file:

I've tried looking at the event logs and can't come up with a solutions, and have also deleted and re-downloaded and installed video and sound drivers, updated my bios.

 

 

Any help is appreciated.
