Can't install KB3048072, KB3045171, KB3061518, KB3000850, KB3044673, KB3046480, KB3047254, KB3047255

Win8.1 64 bit with Office 2007 / Office 12 SP3

 

I have tried to install each of them individually, in every case it rolls back. I've perused the community and tried a lot of things, one was to run sfc /scannow, whcih I did

 

it told me I had some corrupted files, details are in CBS.log.

Presumably, those are the root cause. How do I fix them?
