games crash during startup

I have games that come with different home pages like Gametop, MyPlayCity, MyRealGames and Atarata. Could this cause a conflict and make some of these games crash? These are the problem files for these games from Gametop, Brink of Conscioussness Lonely Hearts

Murders: C:UsersJayAppDataLocalTempWER56EA.tmp.version.txt, C:UsersJayAppDataLocalTempWER656C.tmp.appcompat.txt, C:UsersJayAppDataLocalTempWER6B94.tmp.mdmp, for Brink of Consciousness Dorian Gray Syndrome: C:UsersJayAppDataLocalTempWERB2FF.tmp.version.txt,

C:UsersJayAppDataLocalTempWERC365.tmp.appcompat.txt, C:UsersJayAppDataLocalTempWERC652.tmp.mdmp. I get similar reports from some of the games from the other sites. I also notice that just before the crash report the screen goes through a few tints

of darkness. Any help is appreciated.
