Windows Mail - cannot receive emails but can send them

WINDOWS MAIL - I can send emails but have recently not been able to receive them on my PC (although I do get them on my mobile).

 

I am on Windows Vista

 

I get the following error message > Account: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk', Server: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

 

Any help you can give would be gratefully received. Thanks
