IIS install problem on XP SP2

As a follow up to thread "IIS install problem on XP SP2" (found at

http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.windowsxp.general/browse_thread/thread/c5c8718b8f675562/22f35ceb948c9461%2322f35ceb948c9461):

 

I was able to follow Method 2 (mentioned in the above thread) until it

came to using the "xpsp2" command. (Unknown command.)

 

Once I realized the downloadable file WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe

was the same thing as xpsp2.exe, I was able to rename it and continue

with the solution. It finally worked and I was able to install IIS!
