Windows 10 Update App Missing

Hello :) I've read so much on the Internet about the update App for Windows 10 - so I went to look for it on my own computer. It seems to be missing! I followed the instructions in the FAQ, I installed updates and restarted my computer.

 

I'm using an Acer laptop, the Aspire V5-572P. It is running Windows 8.1.

 

Help would be greatly appreciated :)
