Help!! getting error code 80070003 while trying to done installing update and one more help, can't c

1.) I don't know how to get error code 80070003 update done. I did run automatic troubleshooter and It didn't work.

 

2.) My family has centurylink internet at home and I use my own internet before, then It doesn't connection my own internet anymore and I use wifi from my neighborhood's internet. How do I connection my own internet?

 

I'm not knowledge of computer so much. I would appreciate anyone who could help me with two problems.
