Windows XP Home SP2

Internet Explorer 7

Outlook Express 6

===============

When I change windows, the new windows are not full size.

And then, I have to expand them.

What can I do to correct this ?

Please advise.

Thank you.

Open a small window and then with the mouse cursor set to each edge and it

changes to a double ended arrow hold the left mouse button down and stretcsh

the window to the size you want.
