:)hi can anyone help

 

just brought a game for my pc but sound works but a blank screen is displayed??

 

also could be the same problem videos viewed on thing like u tube are fine but when i maximise the screen video stops but sound continues????

 

??

Are you running onboard video or a card?

 

Can you give us some system specifications like the amount of memory you have and if you have a graphics card what it is.

Please post on what Wolfey has said - there are normally only a few reasons for this happening - the refresh rate is set too high, the resolution is set too high, or the graphics drivers are out dated.

 

Come back with what Wolfey asked for and we will have more of an idea.
