Guest Doug Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 Two users on the PC. At the Welcome Screen, passowrd can typed into either user. However, once the password has been accepted, one of the users will not accept any data from the keyboard, as if the keyboard is faulty. If the other user is selected, by entering the password, the keyboard works correctly for that user. There is nothing in the Start Menu/ Programs/Startup folder for either user. Where else is specific software loaded for a user? -- Doug

Hi Doug You might want to check the user's keyboard settings in Control Panel | Regional and Language Options | Languages tab, Details button, in case it is not properly configured. -- Nightowl
