Unless you feel like hacking ntoskrnl.exe and modifying the bitmap resource you may as well forget about it. If you do try to do this keep in mind that if a future operating system hotfix needs to change or update ntoskrnl you will almost certainly run into problems, problems that may prevent the computer from successfully booting. Um, you need to have a picture of your logo saved to your computer. Then go: Control Panel --> User Accounts --> Click on the account you want to change --> Click on "Change my picture" --> Browse for more pictures --> Locate the file and click "Change Picture"
