Firstly, i am definitely not computer literate, (yet?).

I have been on broadband for quite some time now, firsly with B.T. and then opted for Pipex when my contract ended which i am really happy with.

However, Pipex dont have/do a wireless router yet and when i tried to conect my son,s pc to the web through mine using my old B.T 2500v router,i found it cant be done as the router is locked to B.T.

Can anyone recommend a wireless router that will DEFINITELY do job remembering that i am on Pipex broadband. ( there seem to be that many different types on the market that i am afraid of ending up making the wrong choice/purchase).

I would greatly appreciate any assistance whatsoever.

If its DSL (over your telephone line) just about any DSL router will do the job. The Netgear routers are quite nice but expensive. Belkin + edimax are ok. DLink suck.
