Hi,

My TechNet Subscription expired a couple of months early due to an error at

Microsoft. It has been resolved the other day and I now want to test it in

the news groups.

Can anyone from MS please confirm to me that I still have entitled 24-hour

newsgroup support? Thanks!

Re: TechNet Subscription

Hi Ken,

Yes, I have already called the support group, but the only way I know to to

test if I really have access to the "Managed Newgroup" which gives me

24-hour response from MSFT experts is to try the service out.

I suspect that because YOU are replying and I know that YOU are an MSFT

employee expert, that I must have access to the service that I am paying

for.

Sound right to you?

Thanks,

Bob.
