Outlook auto archive in TS

We are running Windows TS 2003. We have roaming profiles and save a copy of

local profile on the Terminal server. Some user’s local profile is getting

too large because of the MS Outlook archive file. I can manually turn this

off in Outlook, but it seems to get switched back. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi,

 

Use group policies to control office application settings. For

example, this document describes how to use gp to lock

down Outlook 2003 AutoArchive:

You should obtain the correct policy template files for your

version of Office/Outlook.
