Hi,

can somebody please help me out?

I have a Windows 2003 Std install CD. I changed the boot sequence to CD rom,

but it still doesnt boot up from the CD. The CD rom works fine. I'm able to

run the setup if I put in the Win XP install CD in. Is there any way to run

the windows 2003 server CD as the auto run option during POST?

Please advice. Thanks!

Hello,

I guess it's not a bootable CD. Is it an original one ? boot sector would be

missing

you need the bootsect, but i don't know where to get the 2003 version.

Better to burn again the CD, making a true copy.

"not the original"

That is part of your problem.

Use the original CD.

Are you sure it is a legitimate copy?
