No, you cannot manually release an issued license from a client, they

are automatically returned to the license server when they expire

(after 52-89 days).

These 4 PC's are simply 4 more clients who need a TS CAL. The only

situation in which this can be a problem is when you normally have

exactly the amount of TS CALs that you need, without a single TS CAL

to spare.

If you use them once a year for testing purposes, you could minimize

the extra TS CALs needed to one single extra TS CAL, by testing the 4

PCs one at a time, with a 90-day interval between tests.
