When I try to uninstall a virus off of my computer, it says Uninstall.exe has stopped working.

I have a virus on my computer called Cinemax Video 1.9cV19.07, and when I try to uninstall it off of my computer, it says Uninstall.exe has stopped working. Any way I can get rid of this, it's really annoying when using Google Chrome, it puts ads all over my screen.
