Icon editing and Office 2007

Hi, once again I have no idea if this is a good section to put this in

 

I've been doing some time wasting recently and customising my icons (badly) in order to make them a bit more festive. I'm not doing anything smart just downloaded a Christmas Icon set and have been blending them to the originals.

Still need a bit of work.

 

Anyway I have two questions, firstly is there any free software for converting .pngs to vista icons, I have a free trial of axilias icon workshop which does the job nicely but wondering if there is any freeware that an do the same thing.

 

And also none of the office 2007 shortcuts will let me change their icons, which is a pain, is there anyway around this, the option in properties in grayed out.
