Guest Smokey Grindel Posted October 10, 2007 Posted October 10, 2007 This is happening more and more lately... Our network is all on the 255.255.0.0 subnet with ip's in the 10.10.x.x ranges... We have 16 servers, 6 of which are 64bit W2K3 Ent servers the rest W2K3 Standard 32bit servers (all running the latest Service packs and updates) but for some reason when you go to a file share on some of the systems the Zone changes from Local Intranet to Internet.. and it wont let us do some operations with out adding that systein into a trusted site... why? this should not happen on an internal network! is there anyway to fix this problem? We have about 8 servers showing this problem now... all behind the same firewall, all on the same router, all in the same subnet... All the workstations are Running Windows XP Pro SP2 in this domain (its a W2K3 Native AD Domain) and they also see the same behavior from the servers showing as in the Internet zone, and the others in the Local Intranet zone... any ideas? thanks!
