can you safely delete C:\Windows\$hf_mig$

I am running very low on drive space on my C:\ Drive and I noticed that the

C:\Windows\$hf_mig$ directory has about 500MB in it.... can a Delete this

directory to clear up some space and not have ny problems ???

 

Any help would be great....
