Windows xp...blue screen

hi....i am having a problem with my computer....yesterday i wanted to off my computer but suddenly it kept restarting....so i tried searching in google....i found nothing....but i did find a guy asked to turn off the auto restart function in the properties of my computer...so i did....when i off iht has this blue screen saying STOP : C000021a (Fatal System Error) and 0x00000000 (0x00000000 0x00000000)...please help me.....can i buy any software to fix it...please...http://extremetechsupport.com/forum/images/icons/icon9.gif

Try tapping F8 immediately on start up to get into Safe Mode.

 

In here choose Last Known Good Configuration

 

Get back to us if this does not work.
