USB 2.0 HDD HARDDISK

hi, i have just bought this item. 2.5" USB 2.0 HDD Hard Drive Case External Portable BK2.

it is supposed to be able to store and back up data or for data exchange, i have installed it and it pops up at the bottom right saying usb mass storage and then the disk drive but i can not open it or find how to store files on it anywhere and is getting quite frustrating, and i cant find anywhere to get help for this problem. would you be able to help me please?

hi yeh it has the driver already installed on the hard disk it pops up at the bottom with the safley remove hardware sign but thats it nothing else to put any files and its ment to be for storing your data. i cant find how to put the data on to it.

Go to my computer - is the drive shown in there?

If not you need to go to Control panel>admin tools>computer management>

then on the left click disk management.

Then the drive will be in there - right click and activate.
