Guest Rob R. Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 I have two terminal servers running Server 2003 w/ SP2 and all current updates. Things were great for a long time, then recently I've had a few users report that their session will lock up and then actually log them out after about 30 minutes of inactivity. My Idle timeout on the server is set to 2 hours and even then it's only set to disconnect them not terminate the session. Can anyone shed some light on this problem?

Try posting in m.p.windows.terminal_services for more expert help. You'll need to provide a bit more detail as to what the users are accessing/using when this is going on, I suspect.
