Standard Windows approach: Right click it, then take it from there.

Items in your favorites are simply internet shortcuts. Any of them that

are in folders will show as such.

 

If you click Start, Run and enter: %userprofile%\favorites and click OK

you should see the folder with the favorites stored in it.
