Sorry for the delay in response Djaj as I was out of ideas. Here is one more thing you might like to try.

 

User Profile Hive Cleanup Service

 

Use the tool to repair any registry unloading problems and reboot the computer. See if the problem still persists. Good Luck. :)

I have done this now, and the problem still persists, but only occasionaly.. around half of the time it will shut down perfectly but then sometimes it still freezes at "Windows is Shuting Down"..
