mikefred Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 For no apparent reason "Enter Network Password" box keeps popping up. This does not affect connectivity, I am running Office Pro Outlook if this make any difference. It's easy just to cancel it but it comes back a regular intervals and it is becomming VERY annoying. I have researched on the web and note that there seems to be many people with the same problem but no one appears to have found a fix. Does anyone else have the same problem? does anyone have a fix? is this a bug or a problem with MS. Quote
Guest Wolfeymole Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Did you read this article here and, if so, what was the outcome? http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA101513541033.aspx Quote
mikefred Posted December 15, 2008 Author Posted December 15, 2008 Many thanks for your prompt reply. By chance I heard that Virgin were "doing something" with their emails (I have Virgin Boroadband) after three discussions with their Support section they re-freshed my password deleted an extension from my username and bingo all seems to be well. As an aside I have printed off all the knowledgebase information regards emails and filed it for "possible" future use.:) Quote
