Hi,

We installed SP2 recently on our SBS2003 server.

Since then the server can not be reached anymore by remote desktop (through

a client). Does anyone know if this is a common problem? and how we can fix

this?

Futher more every weekend the system gets fronzen and needs to be restarted.

(also after SP2 installation)

With kind regards,

Hello,

any eventlog error ?

Check that you have the latest network driver. SP2 changes many things on

the network part.

You may experience network-related problems after you install Windows Server

2003 SP2 or the Scalable Networking Pack

The RDP issue is specifically mentionend.

Here is another link that might be useful:

Systems that have changed the default Access Control List permissions

on the %windir%\registration directory may experience various problems

after you install the Microsoft Security Bulletin MS05-051 for COM+ and MS

DTC.
