Wireless not working

I have a HP Pavillion Laptop, my wireless connection is also broken. actually after formating i could re-establish the LAN but wireless is not catching signal. dont know what is the problem. i am so busy that i cannot keep my laptop at workshop too. so managing somehow with current internet.

 

i thought may be i can get help from forum. so logged in. please can anybody tell me what is exact procedure to set up wireless connection. :( i am not very good withis programming and hardware thing.

As you say that you have formatted the laptop you would have deleted all the previous drivers, you will have the drivers on the disk that came with the laptop or windows may pick a driver up for it.

Can you tell me the make and model of the laptop and I will try and find the driver on the net for you.
