What is the recommended win2k3 terminal srv high availability set up?

Any resource regarding this is highly appreciated.

Multiple Terminal Servers in a load-balanced setup.

LB is part of native Windows; if you also want Session directory you

need Windows Enterprise Ed. on all servers, which is very expensive.

Most 3rd party load-balacing solutions don't have that requirement.
