User´s Profile

Hi,

 

I intend to configure a server with TS service.

I want that user´s data be saved in File Server.

I have a DC in my network.

What configuration must I do in user properties to redirect his data?

Use group policy folder redirection for My Documents, Desktop, and

Application Data to your file server. You should use this for *all* your

users, not just your TS users. Try posting in m.p.windows.group_policy for

more help...you will also want to look into loopback processing.

 

This isn't a profile related issue, although you should also have a path set

in the user's Terminal Services Profile field in ADUC ...e.g.,

\\fileserver\tsprofiles$\%username%. This is especially important if you

also use roaming profiles on your network.
