Using Internet Transaction Server / IIS Error HTTP 404

We are using an Internet Transaction Server (ITS) for Web Ordering. Our logic

(SAP) builds a PDF file and gives it a URL src. However, it only freezes the

screen. If I try to copy the url into a web browser I get the HTTP 404

message. We use ITS as a platform for this processing. I am by no means an

expert in this area and am trying to help our Basis person search for an

anwer? Any suggestions?
