KVM switch for USB and/or PS2

I recently got a new server which has only USB inputs for keyboard and

mouse. My old KVM switch is all PS2 type connections. I need to share

keyboard / mouse / video between this new server and an ancient DOS

box that runs the phone system. Is there anyway to do it with an all

PS2 KVM? If not, can you suggest a 4-port KVM that can handle both

types?

Belkin SOHO 4-Port Switch PS/2 and USB

Part # F1DS104T

I believe this would solve your issue.

I have a Belkin 8 Port Rack KVM in our Server room, fantastic piece of kit,

zero problems.

what about using a PS/2-to-USB converter:

I used this product a few weeks ago directly connecting some PS/2 stuff to a

USB-only computer, and it worked...not sure if it would work with a KVM

though.

i have a similar device, and it works GREAT. no problem at all

whatsoever.. just the usual disable the wheel on the mouse when you flip

from one machine to the other.. solved that by having my primary

machine keep it's mouse..
