Guest egalois Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 I have a Windows 2003 server that is shutting down on me at increasing frequency. Seems once a day now. I'm guessing that it's a hardware issue (no particular reason yet). In any case, I want to identify exactly when it is shutting down (how many times, how often) in the event logs. Can someone advise me on an event ID to look for that will reliably tell me a shutdown has happened? I want to see the history of these shutdowns. thanks
